The copper powder layer is 0.2~0.3mm, which has good bearing capacity and wear resistance, and good thermal conductivity can transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing in time. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of the copper powder ball, which improves the bonding strength. 3. Low carbon steel is 0.4~2.2mm to improve the bearing capacity and heat transfer effect of the bearing. 4. Copper/tin plating layer, copper plating layer 0.008mm, tin plating layer 0.005mm, so that the bearing has a good corrosion resistance function. |
