The quality control is a on-top thing. We control it according to IATF 16949, that we are given an audit once a year to guarantee everything is in good running. We have four people engaged in the documents like PPAP, 8D, CP, FMEA and so on. Ten patents about machines were acquired in the year 2019.And we never stop developing and studying new additions for the siding material mixed with PTFE, that we do research with Hefei University which was visited by Angela Dorothea Merkel, former German prime minister. We take each process seriously from production to administration and are lucky to win some chances to work with some prestigious projects in and abroad.

APM is now a strong manufacturer of sliding bearing with his five partners in EU. It’s built in the year 2013 when it bought main sintering facilities and machines from NYC, the joint-venture of Voestalpine AG ,who declared in and abroad that they would stop producing the wrapped bushing and only focus on guide bushings and plates, promoting Voestalpine brand worldwide. Infey and Jianqing Lee were the original founders of APM, both of who had worked for NYC, Voestalpine’s joint-venture  for years and worked on wrapped bushing before the declaration and later establishing APM. Working in a great company NYC-Voestalpine, we have rich expertise in material and processing.

In May,2021, Fuxiang Lv joined APM as its third shareholder who has a considerable insight of marketing change and enterprise strategy. The past experience before 2020 had taught us a lesson that decisions made by two persons was not the best, even the worse, if both of them hold a half share while maintaining friendship. The big modification of three-person decision pattern with shares one in three among holders, assuming all these three have the quality of self-control, full of knowledge and considerate to each other, helps new APM step into a new era predictable.

The new APM not only produces sliding bearing, guide bushing and plates but also provide sintered bearings, roller bearings, joint bearings and plastic bushings, which means it can give more nice solutions for bearing application, not just in the field of sliding bearing. Given a certain working condition, we can compare all solutions for customers. Working within 12 hours, it is possible for us to work with our partners smoothly no matter the customers are located in France, Germany, Spain or USA.

The production area is about 3,000 squaremeters，two sites included, one is for wrapped bushing and another casting bushing. We have got a warehouse and have some standard bushing stocked in case of urgent demands from customers or partners. During the production, we track all orders item by item and find where they are by a software formatted only for APM.
