During the production, the managements are related to product process changes、PPAP(Production Part Approval Process)、FDPR(Full Day Production Run)、FAME(Failure Mode Effects Analysis)、SOP(Standard Operating Procedure)、 I I(Incoming Inspection)、CP(Control Plan)、T&I(Traceability&Identification)、3N. 4W. 5S、OEEC(Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

We take the process B when the order quantity is good for M.O.Q;
otherwise, we take the process A which cause coses to rise and have a nigher price to quate.

All processes respects SOP and princilese of IATF 16949.
