1. The mixture of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead (Pb) is 0.01-0.03mm, a wear-resistant material. During operation, a transfer film can be formed to protect the grinding shaft.
2. Copper powder layer, 0.20-0.3mm, improves the bonding strength of PTFE/Pb and copper plate layer, and has good bearing capacity and wear resistance. A higher thermal conductivity can quickly transfer the heat generated during operation.
3. The copper substrate is 0.7~2.3, which improves the bearing capacity and heat transfer of the bearing and has better corrosion resistance. |
