application features:
FU-1 copper-based oil bearing is made of tin bronze powder as raw material, pressed by a mold and sintered at high temperature. Its matrix has fine and uniform pores, which form an oil-bearing state after vacuum impregnation of lubricating oil. The product has the characteristics of short-term non-oil lubrication, low cost of use, and variable inner and outer diameters. It is suitable for use in places with medium speed and low load. Products have been widely used in household motors, power tools, textile machinery, chemical machinery, automotive industry and office equipment and other occasions.
